Operating skills of machining center
As a skilled operator, before operating the machine tool to complete various processing tasks, you must understand the requirements, process flow and characteristics of the machine tool.
1) The fixture shall have as few components and high stiffness as possible.
2) Ensure that the processing content of the workpiece is completely completed within the stroke range of the spindle.
3) The bottom surface of the fixture is in contact with the workbench. The flatness of the bottom surface of the fixture must be between 0.01-0.02 mm, and the surface roughness shall not be greater than 3.2 microns
4) In order to ensure that the installation direction of parts is consistent with the direction of workpiece coordinate system and machine tool coordinate system selected in programming, the installation is directional.
5) It can be disassembled in a short time and replaced with a fixture suitable for new workpiece. Since the auxiliary time of the machining center is compressed very short, loading and unloading the matching fixture will not take too much time.
6) For the machining center with interactive worktable, the fixture design must prevent the spatial interference between the fixture and the machine tool due to the movement, upper support, lower support and rotation of the worktable.
7) The clamp shall be opened as far as possible, and the spatial position of the clamping element shall be lower than the lower part. The mounting fixture must not interfere with the tool path of the work step.
8) Try to complete all machining contents at one time. When the clamping point needs to be replaced, special attention shall be paid not to damage the positioning accuracy due to the replacement of the clamping point. If necessary, it shall be described in the process document.
9) In order to simplify positioning and installation, each positioning surface of the fixture shall have accurate coordinate dimensions relative to the machining origin of the machining center.
