10. Machine tool accessories, measuring tools and cutting tools shall be properly kept, kept intact and in good condition, and shall be compensated for loss or damage.
11. After the training, clean the machine tool, keep it clean, move the tailstock and carriage to the tail of the machine, and cut off the power supply of the machine tool.
12. In case of any fault or abnormal phenomenon in the operation of the machine tool, it shall be shut down immediately to protect the site and report to the person in charge of the site immediately.
13. The operator is strictly forbidden to modify the parameters of the machine tool. If necessary, inform the equipment administrator and ask the equipment administrator to modify it.
14. Understand the technical requirements of part drawings and check whether there are defects in blank size and shape. Select a reasonable method of installing parts.
15. Correctly select CNC turning tools, and ensure the accuracy and firmness of installed parts and tools.
16. Understand and master the control and operation panel of NC machine tool and its operation essentials, accurately input the program into the system, simulate inspection and room cutting, and make various preparations before processing.
17. In case of abnormal running sound or failure of the lathe during processing, stop the lathe immediately for inspection and report to the instructor to avoid danger.
